Following reduction of restrictions for Covid-19, we are now at Phase 2 level training.
This means full contact training can now return but we still need to operate safely and adhere to the guidance.
In broad terms Phase 2 training means the following:
- Masks should be worn for close work (< 2m i.e. padwork and contact training)
- Close work to be performed in fixed groups of 6 (15 for children) or fewer within a session. Groups may change for the next session
- Sanitize hands before contact work
- Do not share equipment, or equipment to be sanitized between different users
- Increase ventilation as much as possible
Full details can be found in the updated Return to Training Guidance document.
If you have any questions or concerns please consult your branch master.
