Wimbledon Shorinji Kempo Branch was established in March 2018 but because of Branch Master Sensei Calvin Lo’s experience training in Japan the branch is very well established. The Branch formally registered as a World Shorinji Kempo Organization (WSKO) Branch on 1st September 2019.

Branch Master – Sensei Calvin Lo
Sensei Calvin started his Shorinji Kempo journey at Durham University, UK in 2004 but he returned to Asia after his Masters degree. There he received guidance from many instructors. His main Sensei in Japan was Matsumoto Yoshifumi Sensei, seihanshi, 7th-dan. He is douin-cho of Kakogawa Hioka Douin and also a WSKO Instructor.
