Training for mind, body and self-defence in Bournemouth.

The Bournemouth Club was first established in1970 and the Littledown Centre has been our home since 1995.

The purpose of Shorinji kempo is to develop students in three main areas Self Defence, Physical fitness and Personal development.

Shorinji Kempo techniques are unique as they exploit the attackers weak or vital points to your advantage, making it an ideal self-defence system for all ages, abilities and levels of fitness.

Although training is taken seriously, Shorinji Kempo encourages a friendly atmosphere where all instructors are approachable and willing to pass on their knowledge to students.

If you are a complete beginner to martial arts, or you are experienced and have questions please contact Sensei Ian Hart on 07714 298 796 or email bournemouth@ukskf.org
